Lead time
Please allow for a 4-5 week lead time as all items are handmade on order to perfection, with high craftsmanship and quality to become an investment piece.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be extremely satisfied with your investment piece, therefore if you’d like to return your product for any reason, please ensure that the clothing is:
- in original condition with packaging and tags attached,
- unworn,
- without marks or stains, including makeup stains
- without body odor or smell of perfume.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@heritag3.co.za with your order number as the subject line. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date that the customer receives their purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for the fees related to return shipment. Once your return is received by us, our team will check if the items are in their original condition. This process usually takes 5-7 business days. Once your return is approved, you will be notified via email and a refund will be issued.
HERITAG3 reserves the right to reject any returns beyond the return period limit (7 days), or any items which are not in their original state in which they were received. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
Please note that returns do not apply to sale items or any personalised items from ‘The Birthday Edit’.

FAULTY ITEMS
HERITAG3 takes pride in creating your investment pieces so that they can last a lifetime. Thorough quality checks are done on every item before it gets packaged for delivery. If however, you feel that you’ve received a faulty item, please email us at info@heritag3.co.za with supporting imagery and we’ll get back to you within 48-72 hours. Faulty items do not include items that have already been worn.
ORDERS
When placing an order with us, you can either log in or checkout as a guest. Your personal information must be precise, correct and kept up to date. You can, at any time, update or correct your details by logging in to your account. A SSL encryption is in place to protect personal data and payment information. HERITAG3 makes a personal commitment to not save any credit card information.
Completion of checkout online does not authorise our acceptance of your order from us. You will receive confirmation via email as soon as the order is processed. Acceptance of your order will only take place when we take payment from you.
If the achievement of any detail of an order is illegal or unlawful, we have the right to terminate or cease to fulfil the order at any time. In such conditions, you acknowledge that HERITAG3 shall incur no accountability.
DELIVERY
You will be notified via email when your investment piece is complete and out for delivery.
Delivery will be the address specified on your order. If nobody is present or available at the residential address at the time of delivery, our courier will advise that the product has been returned to the post office and delivery will be done the following day.
When the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, all risk including loss or damage to the products shall be your responsibility.
Gift Card Purchases
The HERITAG3 Gift Card is a virtual card sent via email. It is only valid for use by the holder of the document (i.e who it’s been addressed to).
HERITAG3 will not be held liable or able to replace the card if stolen, lost or damaged.
No refunds are offered for the virtual gift card.
