Where do you ship to?
- We currently only ship within South Africa. We plan to execute/accomplish worldwide shipping in the near future.
How long will delivery take?
- Please allow for a 4-5 week lead time as all items are handmade on order to perfection, with high craftmanship, quality and only the best fabrics to become an investment piece.
How much does delivery cost?
- We offer free delivery throughout South Africa.
How does delivery work?
- Once your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation via email that your package is complete. Furthermore, you’ll receive another notification via email from the courier company that your order is out for shipping along with a tracking number.
Can I return my order?

How should I wash my items?
- All of our clothing is preshunk. Please carefully follow the ‘Wash and Care instructions’ for each garment to ensure that your investment piece remains in perfect condition and lasts a lifetime.
Can I combine orders?
- If different items have the same shipping address and you’d like it to be packed together, then please ensure that the order is placed together, all at once.
Will certain items ever be restocked?
- We only restock old items if they are in high demand. However, we are currently working on an “Essentials” line that’ll always be available to order.
What fabrics do you use?
- HERITAG3 prides itself on providing investment pieces created with high craftsmanship and only quality fabrics. Part of our mission of wearing clothes that tell a real story is to use only the best fabrics, without the use of polyester. Our fabrics are sustainable, natural, comfortable and luxurious. There is complete transparency with every fabric that we use. You can find the fabric details of your garment by clicking into that specific product.
I want to try something on. Can I visit the store?
